Your Mission

As a Senior Frontend Developer at Nenya, you will:

• Lead the design and implementation of intuitive, robust, and accessible web interfaces

• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product strategists, designers, and domain experts

• Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure high-quality, maintainable code

• Build data-rich interfaces that make the invisible visible — from dependency graphs to product roadmaps

• Help shape internal development practices aligned with transparency, autonomy, and continuous learning

• Coach and mentor less-experienced developers in a non-hierarchical, trust-based environment

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience developing complex, data-driven web applications

• Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or similar modern frameworks), and state management patterns

• Strong grasp of web performance, accessibility, responsive design, and testing methodologies

• Experience working with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing

• Ability to balance technical rigor with a lean mindset

• A clear communicator who thrives in collaborative, interdisciplinary environments

• Appreciation for transparency, human-centered design, and ethical technology

• Experience with or openness to working in a self-organized, non-hierarchical team setup

Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Recharts, Chart.js)

• Interest in AI-supported development workflows or developer tooling

• Contribution to open-source or tech-for-good projects

• Previous experience in TEAL, agile, or purpose-driven organizations
