As founder of Guide and Lead, Ulrike has launched innovative educational models, advised global investors, and shaped strategies for international organisations. Currently pursuing a PhD in AI software development, she combines her deep knowledge of organisational development with cutting-edge technology to create solutions that positively impact both organisations and society.
